酒店布草從生產(chǎn)到酒店，經(jīng)歷了制作，裝包，運(yùn)輸?shù)冗^(guò)程，因此管理起來(lái)比較麻煩。

一、布草盤點(diǎn)，每天與洗滌商（或內(nèi)部洗衣場(chǎng)）要進(jìn)行干凈與臟布草的清點(diǎn)、交接，雙方需要交接簽字認(rèn)可。

二、布草污染，所謂的布草污染，來(lái)源方方面面，客人在使用過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的污漬；服務(wù)員在撤換布草過(guò)程、清潔房間過(guò)程中不注重布草堆放，甚至使用布草清潔房間等現(xiàn)象均會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致布草的污染；運(yùn)輸、搬運(yùn)過(guò)程中，處理不善，亦可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致污染。
