一、溫度

熨燙溫度是影響熨燙效果的主要因素。如果熨燙溫度過(guò)高，超過(guò)面料允許受熱溫度，面料易燙黃、燙焦、變形，甚至融化掉；熨燙溫度過(guò)低，雖不損傷面料，但達(dá)不到熨燙效果。目前，酒店或者洗衣機(jī)構(gòu)大多使用的洗衣設(shè)備都是自動(dòng)化、多功能化的機(jī)器，它的整個(gè)工作步驟都是程序化的，對(duì)于熨燙來(lái)說(shuō)，只要根據(jù)不同的面料在平燙機(jī)上設(shè)置溫度就可以了。

熨燙過(guò)程中的潤(rùn)濕十分重要。其主要作用就是使水分子進(jìn)入纖維內(nèi)部分子之間，增大分子間距離并對(duì)分子鏈之間的運(yùn)動(dòng)起到潤(rùn)滑作用，使纖維膨脹伸縮，變得柔軟且易于變形，從而進(jìn)一步改變纖維特征，給熨燙加工提供變形或定型的條件。但濕度應(yīng)控制在一定范圍內(nèi)，過(guò)濕或過(guò)干都不利于布草平整度。

熨燙壓力大小要根據(jù)材料、款式、部位而定。如真絲、人造棉等材料，用力不能太重，否則會(huì)使纖維倒伏而產(chǎn)生極光，而全棉織物熨燙壓力就略高，以利于布草平整的持久。

熨燙操作的時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短，取決于以上3個(gè)基礎(chǔ)條件的綜合作用。一般情況下，如果面料相同，整燙的溫度高，熨燙的時(shí)間就相對(duì)較短，反之，時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)；面料的濕度越大，熨燙的時(shí)間就越長(zhǎng)，壓力大一些，熨燙的時(shí)間就會(huì)短一些。
